Payment options
At HeavyZleep ApS it is possible to pay with Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, MasterCard Direct and Maestro, Viabill, Anyday, bank transfer and Mobilepay.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched. We do not charge card fees.
For bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We will deduct the amount when we dispatch the goods, or
2) the funds are released as agreed with your card issuer.
You can find out more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
For bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
When buying with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. You will then pay your monthly instalment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be cancelled.

Delivery
Delivery is made with GLS. The price of shipping depends on the weight and size of the order and will be stated before the order is finalised. The price for delivery to GLS Pakkeshop is 49,-, and delivery with GLS Privat is 69,-.
Free delivery with GLS to a parcel shop for purchases over DKK 499.
Delivery time is 1-3 working days and delivery is made to the entire Danish mainland and islands. Delivery to uninhabited islands can be made by appointment.
Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop online via our website.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods or have physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
If the order consists of several batches or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice of this.
For physical sales, there is generally only a right of cancellation if this is agreed in connection with the sale.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may possibly constitute a loss of value, so to be sure to receive a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you may not actually use it.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that in case of cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

Right of cancellation for business purchases
In B2B transactions, there is generally no right of cancellation unless this is agreed in connection with the sale.
Right of complaint
The Danish Sale of Goods Act's defect rules apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
You must complain within a ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy policy
In order for you to do business with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered with HeavyZleep ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also co-operate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
The data controller of HeavyZleep.dk is HeavyZleep ApS.
- We will never send you unwanted emails. You will only receive emails from us if you sign up for our newsletter.
- We only store your name, email and address in our system for accounting purposes in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. However, the information is used to send you a newsletter if you have signed up for this.
The exception to the above is our satisfaction surveys, which we run via Trustpilot. After ordering, you will receive an email asking about your satisfaction with your experience. Participation is completely voluntary and you can unsubscribe via the email.
You have the right to know what data we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. In order to make a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,220 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 790. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
